EHS Manager – Food Manufacturing | Wyoming (Relocation Assistance Available)

We are seeking an EHS Manager with food manufacturing experience to lead environmental, health, and safety programs within a large-scale sugar production facility. This role will drive regulatory compliance, strengthen safety culture, and support safe, efficient operations across all production cycles.

• Lead and continuously improve EHS programs in a food manufacturing environment
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and food safety-related standards
• Deliver safety training for employees, supervisors, and contractors
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
• Manage audits, inspections, and EHS documentation
• Partner with plant leadership to embed safety and environmental best practices
• Lead safety and environmental committees

• Bachelor’s degree in EHS or related field preferred
• 4+ years of EHS experience in food or beverage manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and plant safety programs
• Proven leadership and ability to influence across operations
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills

• Key leadership position within a stable, growth-oriented food manufacturing operation
• High visibility and impact across plant operations
