Polaris Inc. is seeking a Staff Engineer – Door Systems to serve as the technical leader for side-by-side door systems across multiple vehicle programs. This role defines, develops, integrates, and validates complete door system architectures from concept through production.
You will own door system architecture, drive system-level decisions, mentor engineers, and collaborate with suppliers to improve performance and customer experience. Travel up to 15–25% depending on site.
