This position requires an RN to provide quality health care to persons with mental health, dementia, and medical needs in a home‑like setting.

Essential Functions- Provides professional nursing services in chronic as well as acute care settings.
- Performs nursing assessment, diagnosis, treatment & evaluation of ill and disabled persons.
- Accurately prepares and administers medications and treatments as ordered by the physician.
- Assists with ADL (Activities of Daily Living).
- Trains and assigns work to LPNs and CNAs.
- Knowledge of laws, principles, practices, techniques of professional nursing, and Standards of Nursing Practice.
- Knowledge of the maintenance of medical records, charts, reports, and observations.
- Knowledge of medication administration and mathematical calculations for the correct dosage.
- Knowledge of the aging process, medical problems, diseases, and behavioral issues.
- Knowledge of work management and leadership theory and practice.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws pertaining to healthcare.
- Knowledge of ability to function and make decisions in high‑stress situations.
- Knowledge of good oral and written communication skills to articulate thoughts and medical terminology.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree (typically in Nursing). 0‑2 years of progressive work experience. Must be licensed or eligible for licensure as an RN in Wyoming.
Alternative: 3‑5 years of progressive work experience. Must be licensed or eligible for licensure as an RN in Wyoming.
Physical Working Conditions- Lift/transfer patients to different positions.
- Lift persons and/or medical equipment up to about 50 lbs.
- Work holidays, evenings, nights, and/or weekends as scheduled.
- FLSA:
Non‑Exempt. - Position is full‑time.
- Annual influenza vaccination and annual tuberculosis testing required.
- Follow COVID‑19 rules and requirements by CMS.
