Job Description
CROSSMARK Retail Reset Merchandisers are responsible for executing retail merchandising tasks, including reading plano‑grams and schematic layouts, implementing brand resets across major retailers, and ensuring accurate task reporting through designated systems.
- Read and understand plano‑grams and schematic layouts to execute retail merchandising tasks.
- Meet challenging and changing deadlines with strong execution skills.
- Interface with clients, leadership, and managers in a positive, cooperative, professional manner.
- Collaborate with store management, associates, and other merchandising companies to meet company and client objectives.
- Accurately report completed tasks via the appropriate systems on the day performed.
- Complete required training and certification programs.
- Engage daily with CROSSMARK’s communication tools for planning, reporting, and reviewing work.
- Maintain all company equipment and ensure proper maintenance.
- Receive required products/materials at a secure location for resets.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and position responsibilities.
- Prior retail reset or merchandising experience (preferred).
- Ability to successfully complete department, brand or general reset work activities as scheduled.
- Effective communication with store personnel and management regarding tasks, sales activities, promotions, and client sales plans.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and minimum required auto insurance coverage; capability to travel up to 40 miles with mileage reimbursement.
- Proficiency in English; bilingual skills may be required.
- This part‑time role does not exceed 24 hours per week.
- Typical hours are Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm; occasional early‑morning (5–6 am), overnight, weekend or evening projects may be required.
- Availability preferences:
Monday–Friday, 2–3, 4–6 hour days starting 5 or 8 am.
- Basic computer literacy: MS Word, Outlook, Internet Explorer.
- Regular access to a computer or printer.
- Ability to use a tablet or smartphone for photo uploads and apps.
- Reliable Internet access.
- Stand, walk, use hands for handling or feeling; reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb, balance.
- Lift regularly up to 25 pounds; occasionally up to 60 pounds from floor to waist or chest.
- Reset activities may be physically demanding (removing items, moving shelves, building fixtures, reorganizing products, replacing shelf tags).
- High school diploma or GED.
- Background check and drug screening as required.
