Whatto Expect
On the sales floor, you’ll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options. This is where your drive and passion for helping people will really shine.
- Share community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
- Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends. Monthly seniority‑based schedules are available 2 weeks in advance.
- Adapt to a fast‑paced environment and stay flexible to evolving technology and customer needs.
- Prior retail or customer‑facing sales experience is a plus. No sales experience? We’ll provide tools, training, and coaching to help you meet and exceed your goals.
- Retail Sales Consultants earn between $21.43 and $24.95 per hour plus $13,700+ in commissions if all sales goals are met. Uncapped commission opportunities can lead to a top seller salary of $62,460 per year.

Sign‑On Bonus
: $3,000 offered. The bonus is payable in two installments: $1,500 after 90 days and $1,500 after 180 days of employment. Eligibility requires new hire status at designated locations. The bonus is subject to repayment if employment is voluntarily terminated within 12 months. Program ends 06/30/2026.
