Job Description
Tremco Construction Products Group is the umbrella organization for Tremco CPG Inc.’s Commercial Sealants & Waterproofing and Roofing & Building Maintenance divisions;
Tremco Barrier Solutions Inc.;

Weatherproofing Technologies Canada and Pure Air Control Services, Inc. The group operates 21 manufacturing facilities, 6 distribution sites, and 3 R&D/technology sites, employing more than 2,700 people across North America.
The Sales Associate is an introductory sales role partnered with an experienced Sales Professional who will provide comprehensive, hands‑on training. The associate will prospect new accounts, manage existing customers, and travel throughout their assigned local territory.
Travel RequirementsYou must live in and be available to travel within the assigned territory of Wyoming.
3rd Annual Associate ProgramAnticipated to start September 1st, Sales Associates or Field Technical Associates will learn, train, and grow side by side with current and previous program cohorts. Starting salaries are estimated between $60,000.00 and $65,000.00 with up to a 15% bonus potential. Each associate will receive a mentor and multiple opportunities to shadow experienced sales and field representatives. Following the two‑year program, graduates are promoted to their own territory with sales targets and bonus opportunities.
EssentialDuties And Responsibilities
- Prospect new accounts.
- Learn basic product features and benefits and deliver this message to prospective users.
- Provide a demonstration of our products.
- Offer basic technical support of named product sets.
- Visit job sites to support installations and build knowledge.
- Manage select dealer and end‑user relationships.
- Hold distributor demonstration events.
- Manage activities through
- Associate degree or equivalent from a two‑year college or technical school required.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- One to two years of sales or construction experience and/or training.
- In lieu of experience, a bachelor’s degree will be considered.
- Good communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Practical computer application literacy (including Microsoft Office Suite, , and internal business systems).
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and highly organized.
- Highly confident, strong work ethic, and high degree of energy.
- Desire to progress in a full‑time Technical Sales role within our organization.
- Travel throughout assigned territory as needed.
- The salary range for this position generally ranges between $60,000.00 and $65,000.00. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operations, needs, and other considerations permitted by law.
