Job Overview
Mobile Associates, Store‑in‑Store join the Retail Team to bring T‑Mobile’s brand to life inside National Sales partner locations. The role focuses on customer engagement, providing a vibrant brand experience, and building lasting relationships through personalized interactions.
Job Responsibilities- Proactively engage with customers in a high‑traffic retail environment using digital tools to communicate efficiently and demonstrate T‑Mobile solutions.
- Leverage self‑serve tools during customer interactions and onboarding, identify needs, and apply solution‑based selling techniques to showcase product value.
- Complete all training on the in‑store experience, product knowledge, systems, and reference resources; maintain readiness to support sales and customer needs.
- Apply exceptional customer service skills, build rapport, and pursue new sales opportunities through follow‑ups, referrals, and price overrides when authorized.
- Coordinate with nearby leadership and teams to support the customer experience from account setup to device support and account servicing.
- High School Diploma or GED (Required)
- Minimum 6 months of customer service or sales experience, retail preferred (Preferred)
- Coaching, communication, consultative selling, customer education, engagement, needs identification, referrals, satisfaction management, service, leadership, product knowledge, relationship building, sales, prospecting, techniques.
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
No travel required.
DOT Regulated PositionNo DOT regulated or safety‑sensitive position.
Compensation- Hourly base pay: $18.00 plus $5.00 per hour during training.
- Eligible for an annual incentive target of $18,000 upon promotion to Mobile Expert.
- All employees are guaranteed earnings of $20 per hour inclusive of base and incentives.
