- Tailor product pitches based on store needs, using both sell sheets and digital tools.
- Maintain preset appointments with key decision-makers.
- Meet or exceed goals for daily store visits (4–6) and in-store presentations (5–7 per store).
- Present all manufacturers or assigned product lines at least once per day, adapting to changes in line priority as directed by management.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with store personnel, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and retention.
- Enter sales data, action reports, and customer requests into proprietary CRM tools (OAR) in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain current territory account data, including store contact information, visit notes, and presentation tracking.

- Participate in special projects including product surveys, in-store training, or photo documentation.
- Represent Creeden and our manufacturer partners by attending, engaging in, and driving meaningful conversations at customer trade shows, including working booths, showcasing products, and maximizing visibility and sales opportunities.
- Carry out booth setup and tear down for manufacturer displays, ensuring all materials are professionally arranged before the show and properly packed and accounted for after.
- Execute full product resets by following updated planograms or manufacturer guidelines, including physically moving, organizing, and stocking hundreds of SKUs.
This position requires approximately 70–80% travel, including in-territory visits to retail stores, attendance at trade shows, and store resets.
