Job SummaryThe Skilled Maintenance Crew (Carpentry) team performs routine, emergency, and preventative maintenance on facilities including roofing, framing, drywall, painting, stucco repairs, flooring repairs, door, and window repairs. Additionally, the carpenters are expected to assist in sign‑making and support technical trades as needed.

- A minimum of 2 years experience in the trade.
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance on doors, windows, and other facility equipment.
- Take projects from concept to completion with excellent results.
- Display consistency and accuracy in the completion of daily work orders.
- Assist the Sign Shop in production tasks.
- Be self-motivated and able to manage a seasonally high workload.
- Assist other trades as workload permits (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.).
- Ensure that all power tools and equipment are maintained in a safe operating condition.
- Work with Mountain Services Coordinators to facilitate purchasing of necessary materials.
- Ensure a proper stock of materials is maintained.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High School graduate or equivalent—required.
- Three years’ experience in the carpentry trade—preferred.
- Basic MIG welding skills—preferred.
- Basic computer skills—preferred.
- Read, write, and speak English—required.
- Valid state-issued driver's license—required.
- Intermediate skier or snowboarder—preferred.
