• Coordinate and manage the logistics of fleet operations, ensuring timely maintenance and repairs of vehicles
• Assess and assign all open events while verifying proper authorization for dispatch
• Assign the nearest service provider for requested repairs and communicate estimated arrival times to customers
• Inform supervisors of any delays or issues with service providers
• Address customer inquiries and resolve problems as they arise

• High School Diploma/GED and 3 years of experience in a related field (dispatching for breakdowns or tire services on medium to heavy-duty vehicles)
• Strong knowledge of medium to heavy-duty vehicle dispatching and multitasking
• Alternative qualifications may include a degree/certification beyond a high school diploma or 5 years of relevant experience
• Availability to work in a 24/7/365 environment, with varying shifts

• Degree in a related discipline or industry experience
