Location: Clearview Acres
Position Summary:
Maintenance and upkeep of all County Parks and associated building and grounds are done in a safe and efficient manner consistent with the Sweetwater County guidelines.
Essential Functions of Position:- Maintain grounds and landscaping: mowing, raking, watering grass, pulling weeds, trimming, etc.
- Maintain building and grounds: washing, painting, etc.
- Constructing and repairing fences, benches, tables, playground equipment, etc.
- Digging ditches, repairing plumbing and irrigation equipment.
- Cleaning and maintaining equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Possession of a valid driver's license with an acceptable Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Must be able to lift 75lbs. repeatedly.
- Communicates effectively both orally and in writing.
- Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with fellow employees, officials and the public.
Must be familiar and have experience with, but not limited to, the following equipment:
- Vehicles: cars, pickups and 1-ton trucks
