We are seeking motivated, reliable individuals for the Porter positions in our world class kitchen. The porters are the backbone of the kitchen, keeping all plates and equipment clean and restocked, assisting with the cleaning of the kitchen and restaurant, and assisting with food prep.

This is a fantastic opportunity to learn and grow under the guidance of Michelin-awarded and World’s 50 Best celebrity chef Zev Bennett.

• Dishwashing:
  Wash, sanitize, and organize all dishware, utensils, and kitchen equipment efficiently and safely, following State and Federal health codes
• Drying & Restocking:
  Dry and return clean dishes, glassware, and utensils to designated storage locations to ensure smooth kitchen operations
• Stock Monitoring:
  Notify chefs and management when dish chemicals and kitchen equipment supplies are low to prevent service interruptions
• Food Prep Assistance:
  Support the culinary team by assisting with basic food preparation tasks as needed
• Cleaning:
  Maintain cleanliness of all areas within the restaurant floor and lodge, including sweeping, mopping, and trash removal
