Shiloh Home, Inc. is seeking a Food Service Specialist to join our team at the Family Resource Pavilion in Centennial, Colorado
.

The Family Resource Pavilion is a unique, community-focused facility that includes a school, respite facility, event center, café serving lunch, and coffee shop open throughout the day.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
, takes pride in organization and cleanliness, and works well as part of a team. The Food Service Specialist will play an important role in preparing nutritious meals, supporting special events, maintaining inventory and supplies, and ensuring compliance with applicable food service and safety standards.

In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected pay for this Colorado position is $20.33 per hour

• Prepare nutritious, well-balanced meals for Shiloh Home, Inc. programs and residential campuses.
• Follow approved menus, recipes, production schedules, and food service procedures.
• Prepare, package, and distribute meals for multiple residential campuses.
• Assist with food preparation, cooking, setup, and service for special events and programs as needed.
• Receive and organize food donations, supplies, and deliveries from vendors.
• Maintain accurate and organized food and supply inventory.
• Maintain clean, safe, and sanitary food preparation and work areas.
• Follow applicable Colorado Department of Education (CDE), USDA, and other regulatory standards.
• Complete required production records and documentation.
• Support administrative and regulatory reviews to ensure compliance with state requirements.
• Work collaboratively with team members to maintain an efficient, positive, and professional kitchen environment.
