Salary Range: $12.50 To $14.00 Hourly

This job listing is for night crew. 1:30-close.

Could be two part time positions.

Schlotzsky's is looking for crew members.

• Responsible for food preparation following standardized recipes
• Create meals according to menu and recipes as set by supervisors
• Ensure all food is handled and cooked in a sanitary manner
• Maintain kitchen and supply room in a sanitary and organized fashion
• Follow plate presentation specifications as directed
• Inform supervisors of any kitchen problems
• Maintain and promote a team environment at all times
• Provide courteous service to our guests and be cordial to all team members
• Follow company guidelines and procedures
• Performs additional responsibilities, although not detailed, as requested by a manager at any time

• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and managers
• Position requires prolonged standing, bending, stooping, twisting, lifting products and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to stand up for at least an 8-hour shift
• Work with hot, cold, and hazardous equipment
