Meadowlark Lodge is seeking a professional, energetic, and hospitality-driven Bartender to join our luxury food and beverage team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-end environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Our bartenders are expected to provide elevated cocktail, wine, and beer service while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, cleanliness, and hospitality. In addition to bartending duties, team members are expected to assist with food service, events, banquets, and overall restaurant operations to ensure a seamless guest experience across the property.

This role requires flexibility, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to perform under pressure during high-volume service periods, weddings, and resort events.

• Prepare and serve craft cocktails, beer, wine, and specialty beverages with consistency and attention to detail
• Deliver exceptional guest service in a luxury hospitality environment
• Maintain extensive knowledge of cocktail recipes, spirits, wine, beer, and menu offerings
• Provide fine dining level service and guest interaction
• Assist with food running and table service as needed
• Support private dining, special events and high-volume service
• Perform opening and closing bartender duties
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar, dining, and service areas
• Assist with inventory counts, stocking, and supply management
• Follow all responsible alcohol service and safety procedures
• Collaborate with management and team members to maintain a positive, professional atmosphere
• Assist with onboarding and training of new staff members when needed

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and remain composed in fast-paced settings
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Team-oriented mindset with willingness to assist in all areas of restaurant operations

• 1-2+ years of bartending experience preferred, particularly in upscale, fine dining, resort or high-volume settings
• Strong knowledge of craft cocktails, beer, wine and spirits
• TIPS certification preferred, reimbursement available upon completion
• Must be 21 or older to apply
• Availability for evenings, weekends, holidays and special events

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment during peak service hours
