The Lodge at HCR is seeking an on-site Executive Chef to lead its premium culinary program. You will direct a curated 3-meal daily menu for exclusive buyouts, ensuring flawless dining for corporate events, weddings, and family retreats.
You will manage a small kitchen team with two Sous Chefs, focusing on scratch cooking, artistry in presentation, and strict adherence to food safety and guest satisfaction in a remote Wyoming setting.
