Are you a reliable, hard-working person looking to build a real career? We are seeking an Assistant Manager in Training to join our team in Fort Steele. This unique position covers three areas: our campground, convenience store, and gas station. No previous management experience is required. We will fully train the right person. This position can become a permanent, year-round career for the right individual.
Welcome arriving visitors and process campsite bookings using our reservation system. Answer phone calls and reply to guest emails regarding rates, amenities, and site availability. Greet customers warmly and process retail transactions accurately. Receive incoming product deliveries, check invoices, and stock convenience store shelves. Monitor product expiry dates and rotate inventory using the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) method. Maintain clean, organized retail displays and keep coffee and food stations fully stocked.

Full-Time (Potential for Year-Round for the right candidate) Compensation:
Starts at $18.25/hour (B.C. Minimum Wage) during training, with a structured review and wage increase schedule as milestones are met.
