Overview
Regional Sales Director to lead sales initiatives and drive revenue growth within the Midwest Region of the United States. Candidates must live near a major airport. The deadline to submit applications is subject to change without prior notice.

Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement regional sales strategies that align with overall business objectives and revenue goals.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a high-performing regional sales team. Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching, and development activities.
- Revenue Growth & Forecasting: Own the regional sales quota. Provide accurate forecasts, manage the pipeline, and oversee budgets using the CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics).
- Channel & Distributor Management: Strengthen relationships with dealer and distributor networks and onboard new strategic partners to expand market penetration.
- Key Account Management: Engage with Target Group Directors and National Account teams to identify top-tier accounts and guide the sales activities to these accounts.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and product gaps.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Product Management, Customer Service, and Operations to ensure successful product rollouts and customer satisfaction.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).
- Experience: Minimum 7–10 years of progressive B2B sales experience, preferably in industrial equipment, manufacturing, or commercial cleaning sectors.
- Minimum 3–5 years of proven sales management and leadership experience.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience with two-tier distribution models and direct-to-end-user sales strategies.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics (CRM) and Google suite.
- Skills: Negotiation, presentation, and communication skills; financial acumen with budget and margin management; ability to motivate a remote sales team.
- Travel: Ability to travel extensively within the region (up to 50–60%), including overnight stays and occasional trips to corporate headquarters.
