Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures and access-related protocols;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and unusual conditions in a calm, problem-solving manner and communicate with site contacts and public responders as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, operational areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials when required, and report maintenance issues, hazards, and policy violations observed during patrol activities;
Support day-to-day location operations by preparing clear reports and following post orders and client-directed procedures
