Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors at a utility location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, grounds, access points, and perimeter areas; working environments and conditions may vary by site.;
Monitor access to restricted areas, verify credentials as directed, and document visitor, contractor, and vehicle activity in accordance with site procedures.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; communicate observations to appropriate site contacts and emergency responders as needed.;
Complete accurate activity reports, patrol logs, and incident documentation, and report maintenance concerns, unusual conditions, and policy violations to Allied Universal supervision and site leadership.
