We’re seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead HVAC and mechanical service operations for a well‑established building systems contractor based in Casper, Wyoming. This role oversees day‑to‑day service execution, supports and develops field technicians, and ensures high‑quality service delivery across commercial and industrial clients.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily HVAC/mechanical service operations, including scheduling, dispatching, and prioritizing service calls.
- Lead, mentor, and support service technicians; ensure quality workmanship and safety compliance.
- Act as the main escalation point for service issues and customer concerns.
- Oversee preventative maintenance contracts, warranty work, and reactive service calls.
- Coordinate closely with project, sales, and operations teams.
- Track service performance, labor utilization, and customer satisfaction.
- Support service estimates, billing accuracy, and department planning.
- 5+ years of experience in HVAC or mechanical service operations.
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a service environment.
- Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems, controls, and mechanical equipment.
- Customer‑focused mindset with solid communication skills.
- Organized, hands‑on leader who can balance field support and office responsibilities.
