We’re looking for a hands‑on Property Maintenance Specialist to support the upkeep of our commercial properties. This is a varied role where you’ll be responsible for carrying out day‑to‑day maintenance, repairs, and minor installation work, helping to ensure our buildings remain safe, functional, and well presented. Working across multiple sites, you’ll take pride in delivering high‑quality work and responding efficiently to maintenance needs.

• Carrying out general repairs and maintenance across buildings and equipment
• Completing basic carpentry, painting, and decorating tasks
• Installing fixtures such as shelving, cabinets, and handrails
• Assembling furniture and equipment as required
• Supporting the upkeep of outdoor areas, including light landscaping and general maintenance
• Conducting routine inspections to identify issues and report more complex repairs
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with health and safety standards
• Maintaining tools, equipment, and accurate maintenance records
• Assisting external contractors and other trades where needed

• Previous experience in property maintenance, facilities, or a construction‑related role
• Broad practical skills across general maintenance tasks (e.g. carpentry and decorating)
• Basic understanding of plumbing and electrical systems
• Confidence using hand and power tools safely
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach
• Good communication and a professional, customer‑focused attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Full, clean driving licence
