Our mission is to protect both workers and the traveling public by delivering precision planning and on‑site execution for infrastructure projects of all sizes.
Job RoleAn Installation Laborer (often referred to as a Sign Crew Laborer or Traffic Control Laborer) provides the physical effort required to execute project plans on‑site. This is an entry‑level role that focuses on manual tasks, equipment setup, and site safety.
Work Schedule & TravelHours:
Typical work weeks range from 40–60 hours, with potential for more during peak project seasons. Weekend work:

- Material Handling:
Loads, unloads, and moves building materials (such as signs, cones, and barricades) and tools to the appropriate locations on‑site. - Installation:
Assist in the physical installation of products, which may include digging postholes by hand, operating jackhammer to install bases, using hand tools to build signs, assembling/setting up traffic control devices. - Traffic Control Support:
Distributes signs and markers in designated patterns and may act as a flagger to stop or direct traffic flow safely around the work crew.
