Part‑Time Field Enumerator
Do you know agriculture? We're looking for you! The National Association of State Departments of Agriculture (NASDA) is hiring a detail‑oriented field enumerator to collect crop and livestock information from farm operators and agricultural industry representatives. Data is collected by both phone and in‑person interviews. This information is used to make estimates of agricultural data for producers, buyers, state, and federal governments.
Responsibilities- Collect crop and livestock data from farm operators and industry representatives via phone and in‑person interviews.
- Enter data accurately into a mobile data collection system on an iPad.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle with automobile insurance.
- Mandatory background check and motor vehicle record check.
- Strong people skills, attention to detail, and basic computer proficiency.
- Agriculture or related field experience is helpful.
- Part‑time, intermittent work with flexible days and hours.
- All training provided.
- Starting wage: $18 per hour, including training, plus travel reimbursement.
- Position based in Carbon County.
