About The Role

• Full-time, year round.
• Monday-Friday
• Pemberton, BC.
• $35-$45 per hour based on experience.
• Supportive team environment with fun team building events.

• 5 years experience.
• Red Seal Certification
  - Carpentry.
• Situational Leadership.
• Tactical Problem-Solving.

• Assign specific tasks and ensure the team remains productive and on schedule.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the Site crew and the Site Supervisor to ensure goals are aligned.
• Enforce strict safety protocols on-site, ensuring the crew operates tools and equipment correctly and maintains a clean workspace.
• Interpret architectural drawings and technical specifications, converting them into clear, actionable instructions for the team.
• Address and troubleshoot immediate site challenges or discrepancies in the field, escalating major issues to the Supervisor with proposed solutions.
