• Take direction from the lead carpenter and carpenters.
• Learn the trade and increase your carpentry skills as you work on the projects assigned for you.
• Assist carpenters with any project need.
• Clean up job and put away supplies at the end of the day.

• Ability to take direction.
• Willingness to learn. Observe the process and look for ways to help the crew while learning the trade.
• Stay one step ahead of the lead carpenters as you look for ways to make their job more efficient.
• Be able to lift 100 pounds.
• Attention to detail, cleanliness and quality craftsmanship.
• Strong work ethic.

Pay range $20 - $23 depending on experience.
