Journeyman​/Master Plumber

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for a Journeyman Plumber who:

• Holds a valid Journeyman Plumbing License or has equivalent qualifying experience.
• Takes pride in doing things correctly the first time.
• Understands plumbing codes and proper installation practices.
• Can read plans and work through complex installations.
• Is dependable and shows up ready to work.
• Can work independently while also being part of a crew.
• Communicates professionally with coworkers, supervisors, builders, and other trades.
• Wants to continue learning and improving.
• Takes ownership of their work.

Experience with high-end residential construction and hydronic heating systems is a major plus.

• Coordinate schedule/needs/materials with Operations Leader.
• Recognize delays/issues and communicate with Operations Leader.
• On-the-job development of Apprentice.
• Read and Follow a set of plans.
• Keep the job site clean and organized.
• Layout and rough-in on the job from start to finish.
• Maintain a safe work environment.
• Responsible for maintenance, organization, and cleanliness of vehicles.
• Responsible Quality Control of all aspects of the installation.
• Follow contracted scope of work.
• Complete projects on time and within budget.
