Key Responsibilities- Wood framing for structures, walls, decorative items, stairs, backing & blocking.
- Assist with building layout, batter boards, etc.
- Concrete form work for foundations & slabs on grade, such as door bucks, angle stops, block outs, and expansion joints.
- Interior finish carpentry, such as hanging hollow metal doors & frames, interior wood doors, door hardware, and finish trim.
- Specialties installation such as marker boards, mirrors, FRP, bathroom accessories.
- Exterior carpentry, such as fiber cement siding, flexible flashings, sealants, and trim.
- Punch list work for project acceptance, such as drywall repair, paint touch-ups, door adjustments, etc.
- Ability to work in all weather conditions (rain, snow, heat, cold).
- Ability to use hand and power tools, including but not limited to: circular saws, chop saws, nail guns, compressors, ladders, and various hand tools.
- Familiarity with construction equipment such as reach forklifts and scissor lifts.
- General understanding of industry safety.
- Reliable transportation.
- Occasional work out of town and/or nights.
- Standard carpenter hand tools (belt, hammer, square, tape measure, etc.).
- Ability to read and understand blueprints is preferred, but not required.
- Position subject to pre-employment drug screening
- Competitive pay $25 - $35 per hour DOE
