As a Case Manager, you will be an integral part of the Benefits and Work Support service. Your primary responsibility will be to support individuals who have an illness, injury, or disability to manage their health condition in the workplace. Through positive engagement with medical professionals and employers, your efforts will help a person stay in work, or get back to work more quickly, making a significant impact on their lives and contributing to a healthier and inclusive workforce.
