Requirements

• Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 2 years of coding experience in Python and C++.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in one or more of the following areas: speech/audio technology, reinforcement learning, ML infrastructure, or another specialized field within machine learning.
• A year of working with ML infrastructure, including model deployment, evaluation, optimization, debugging, and data processing.
• Preferred:
  Masters degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical fields.
• Preferred: 2 years of experience with data structures or algorithms.
• Preferred:
  Experience in developing accessible technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Develop product or system code.
• Work collaboratively with peers and stakeholders through design and code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices in technology.
• Contribute to existing documentation and educational materials, modifying content based on product updates and user feedback.
• Identify and resolve product or system issues by analyzing their sources and their impact on hardware, network, or service quality.
• Implement solutions in specialized ML areas, utilizing ML infrastructure and aiding in model optimization and data processing.

Our full-time US base salary for this role ranges from $141,000 to $202,000, in addition to bonuses, equity, and benefits. Salary within this range is influenced by the job role, level, and geographic location, while our recruiters will provide specific details relevant to your preferred setting during the hiring process.
