Rolloff Container Driver

We are looking for a part‑time Rolloff Container Driver to join our team at redbox+ Dumpsters in Northwest Denver, CO. If you have a flexible schedule and are looking for a few extra hours of work with the possibility of future full‑time employment, this role may be for you. You must have relevant experience driving rolloff trucks.

redbox+ is not a typical waste service. We hold a patented design for a combination portable toilet and dumpster, making our containers the most efficient and innovative in the market. We are a boutique, family‑owned company that prides itself on providing exceptional service to our customers.

• Deliver Roll‑Off/Portable Toilet Combination Containers to customer job sites safely
• Provide excellent customer communication and service to ensure customer and homeowner satisfaction
• Maintain relationships with project managers
• Perform Safety Pre‑Trip inspections according to DOT guidelines
• Log driver hours as required by DOT guidelines
• Empty containers at disposal sites
• Clean/Service portable toilets
• Tarp containers during transports
• Empty wastewater tank at disposal sites
• Process customer payments

• Excellent time‑management skills to ensure you are always on time
• Safely operate your vehicle in all weather conditions
• Navigate high traffic roads, driveways, and tight overhead environments
• Highly skilled at backing and maneuvering when necessary
• Proficient with smartphones to use company applications
• Professional interactions with customers and courteous behavior toward all members of the public

• Must be 21 years of age
• Must provide a current vehicle driver’s license and access to a driving record
• Good driving record
• At least 1 year of relevant experience with rolloff trucks
• Valid/Current Class B CDL
• Pass a background check
• Pass drug tests before and during employment
• Legally able to work in the US
• Familiarity with the Denver Metro area

Our business exists because of your sacrifices; your applications will be viewed first. This position can accommodate a full or part‑time schedule. The driver will work closely with the owners daily, and the role may lead to a management position after appropriate training.

Compensation: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour.
