As a Tow Truck Operator, you are the face of our company during critical moments. Your daily mission includes:
- Safe Recovery:
Loading and unloading vehicles with precision to ensure damage-free transport. - Technical Operation:
Operating specialized company equipment in compliance with all safety regulations. - Long Distance Response:
Maintaining readiness for occasional long distance travel on short notice. - Fleet Stewardship:
Ensuring all assigned equipment and facilities remain in peak operating condition.
- Professionalism: A commitment to premium customer service and a "team-first" attitude.
- Resilience:
The ability to work 12+ hour shifts and perform in extreme weather or challenging terrain. - Safety Mindset: A proactive approach to identifying hazards and protecting yourself and the public.
- Age:
Must be 21+ years old. - Licensing:
Must possess a valid Driver's License (Class A CDL preferred/required depending on specific unit). - Physicality:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and 25 lbs frequently. - Compliance:
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
