Responsibilities- Drive a tractor-trailer in a safe, compliant manner, hauling random freight across the western half of the United States.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspection, maintain logs, and follow all DOT regulations.
- Coordinate with dispatch to meet delivery and pickup windows and optimize route efficiency.
- Demonstrate professionalism, maintain clean equipment, and ensure cargo is secured according to policy.
- One-year verifiable tractor trailer experience with a Class A CDL
Pay is based on practical miles. The top 50% of drivers average more than $101,176 annually, with typical weekly earnings around $1,945. Starting pay ranges from $0.66 to $0.69 per mile. Comprehensive health insurance, 401(k) with matching, and a profit-sharing plan are offered. The company notes additional retirement contributions and a history of industry-leading pay.
