Lease-Up Support Specialist

We are seeking a Lease-Up Support Specialist who excels in a fast-paced, professional environment where ownership is everything. This isn't just a leasing role—it's a hybrid of Project Management, Executive Support, and Sales. If you are a self-starter who takes immense pride in perfection, loves the "thrill of the chase" in sales follow-up, and never meets a problem you can’t solve, we want to talk to you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support administrative needs of the Executive Vice President of Operations.
  • Provide leasing and administrative support to the lease-up team.
  • Support the leasing team with administrative tasks such as lease document preparation and data entry.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospects, applicants, and lease statuses in property management systems.
  • Support the lease-up team with processing applications.
  • Provide additional administrative support to Owner and other Executives if needed.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and contribute to a positive resident experience.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Competencies

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (email, calendar, word, excel)
  • Articulate in verbal and written communication
  • Professional discretion
  • Organizational/Time Management skills
  • Ability to stay on task while multi-tasking

Requirements

  • HS Diploma
  • 1-2 yrs experience in administrative role
  • Must have valid driver’s license and own transportation
  • Ability to travel to properties as needed

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience with property management
  • Experience with Rent Café and/or Yardi
