Kozloff Stoudt is seeking a Firm Administrator to lead and manage the Firm’s business operations in a dynamic, executive-level role.

The Firm Administrator oversees all non-legal operations, including administration, human resources, finance, information technology, marketing, facilities, and vendor management. This role partners closely with Firm leadership, including the Managing Partner, CFO, and Board of Directors, to drive strategic planning, budgeting, policy development, and operational execution.

This position is ideal for a hands‑on leader who thrives in a fast‑paced professional services environment and can balance high-level strategy with day‑to‑day operational oversight.

Key responsibilities
  • Leading firm operations across HR, finance, IT, marketing, and facilities
  • Managing recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
  • Overseeing payroll, benefits administration, and insurance renewals
  • Creating, managing, and directly executing marketing efforts, including social media posting, website updates, branding, and promotional content
  • Managing vendor relationships and outside service providers
  • Partnering with IT vendors to ensure secure, efficient, and modern technology systems
  • Driving process improvement, workflow efficiency, and operational consistency
  • Supporting internal communications and strengthening firm culture
  • Leading staff and coordinating firm‑wide initiatives, programs, and events
Qualifications
  • Law firm administration or professional services management experience or equivalent
  • Strong leadership experience with cross‑functional operational oversight
  • Background in financial management and budgeting
  • Demonstrated experience in marketing, branding, and social media management
  • Highly organized with excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
  • Comfortable with technology and ability to quickly adapt to new systems and platforms

Full-time, in-office position based in Wyomissing, PA.
