We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Staff Development Educator at Wyomissing Health and Rehabilitation Center in Reading, Pennsylvania. As a Staff Development Educator, you will play a vital role in the ongoing education and development of our nursing staff, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of patient care and satisfaction.

• Develop and implement educational programs for nursing staff, including workshops, in‑services, and online courses
• Assess training needs and design programs to meet those needs
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards
• Collaborate with nursing leadership and staff to identify areas for improvement and implement change
• Provide mentorship and support to new employees
• Evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Pennsylvania
• Minimum 1 year of experience in long term care, preferably in a nursing education role
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
