Salary: $15.75 per hour + Benefits – Permanent position.

Responsibilities:

• Reports to Guidance Office
• Maintain and update student cumulative files.
• Assist counselors with student schedules and schedule changes.
• Provide clerical support to school counselors and administrators.
• Manage correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
• Serve as the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors.
• Maintain student demographic and academic information.
• Could be asked to work in other locations inside the building such as Pupil Services, Cafeteria, Main Office.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• Pennsylvania State Police Clearance
• Child Abuse Clearance
• FBI Fingerprinting
• School Health Form:
  Physical and Tuberculosis Test
• Pennsylvania Department of Education Form 6004:
  Arrest/Conviction Report and Certification
