The Learning Experience - Wyomissing, PA is seeking a Preschool Center Director with daycare or preschool leadership experience to lead our early education team. You will ensure a safe, engaging learning environment, guide teachers with our proprietary curriculum, and drive strong enrollment and family engagement.
The ideal candidate has state licensing knowledge, a relevant Bachelor's degree, and at least one year of leadership experience; two+ years strongly preferred.
