You are joining the ESG Squad who is looking for an IT business analyst for an alternation of 1 year from September 2026.

The ESG Squad is in charge of acquiring internal or external ESG data to make them available to the numerous use cases that consume them, as well as setting up services around this data.

In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:

• Collect, understand and challenge the needs formulated by various stakeholders;
• Organize the tasks to be carried out to meet the needs you have formalized, in collaboration with the development team;
• Verify the adequacy of developments with the expected and accompany users in their tests and the appropriation of the features made available to them;
• Participate in the development of new features that will enrich the ecosystem of ESG applications dedicated to Natixis CIB and allow the achievement of strategic objectives in sustainable finance;
• Perform specifications and tests, in a big data and BI environment.

Student at the Bac+4/5 level, you prepare a degree (university, business school or engineering school), with a specialization in IT, Business Analysis, Data, or Sustainable Finance.

You have knowledge in functional analysis or IT/data project management.

You are familiar with Big Data environments and you master SQL and Power BI.

You have a good understanding of sustainable finance issues and ESG objectives.

You are autonomous, curious and proactive.

You are recognized for your collaborative spirit and excellent written and oral communication skills.

And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
