- Influence clinic‑wide practices, treatment quality, and outcomes beyond an individual caseload.
- Prepares for future roles such as Clinical Supervisor, Clinic Director, or Support Center Clinical Development roles.

- Deliver high‑quality, evidence‑based ABA services to children with autism
- Manageable Caseload:
Up to 10 clients, completing 28 billable hours in a 40‑hour week (note: billable hours are not tied to pay) - Work with children ages 2–18, most under age 6
- Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs
- Conduct assessments, write individualized treatment plans, and monitor client progress
- Collaborate with Clinical Directors, fellow BCBAs, and Regional Directors of Quality to troubleshoot cases and uphold best practices
- Maintain ethical documentation and compliance with BACB and state guidelines
- Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- State Licensure where required
- 3 years of experience in ABA field, 2 years with BCBA license
- ABA experience (RBT background a plus for new BCBAs)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a clinic‑based setting
- Passion for ethical, client‑centered ABA in a team‑focused environment
$85,000 — $95,000 USD
