Spotts Insurance is seeking an energetic, outgoing, and highly motivated Personal Lines Service Manager to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced insurance professional with a strong sales and service background who is looking to advance their career in a leadership role.
The Person al Lines Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing the Personal Lines department, driving sales growth, and leading a team of producers and support staff. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of success within the insurance industry and demonstrate strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities.
- Manage and grow the Personal Lines department's sales volume and profitability.
- Lead, motivate, coach, and develop producers and support staff.
- Monitor team performance and implement strategies to achieve departmental goals.
- Foster a positive, customer-focused culture that delivers exceptional service.
- Identify opportunities for growth and process improvement.
- Support staff development through training and ongoing mentorship.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for personal and professional success.
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Outgoing, energetic, and relationship-focused.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to assess the needs of clients and team members.
- Prior management experience within the insurance industry.
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and inspire others.
- 7+ years of insurance sales and service experience.
- Demonstrated leadership and management experience.
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License.
- Strong knowledge of personal lines insurance products and services.
