BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Clinical Manager (RN required) to join our Wyomissing, PA Pediatrics and Adults home care office
. This office provides best in class home care to clients throughout Wyomissing, PA and surrounding areas.

• Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
• Visit our Pediatric/Adult clients and conduct assessments in Wyomissing, PA and other surrounding areas.
• Develop the care plan and oversee its execution.
• Supervise LPNs, RNs, and home health aides (HHA) staff in the field.
• Conduct competencies on new and tenured staff.

• Registered Nurse (RN) with 1 or more years of experience as an RN.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
