Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)Job Description:
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is an integral part of the care team that helps change the lives of our patients and residents each day. As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) you are responsible for providing a full range of nursing care in an interdisciplinary environment including:
- Bedside Nursing
- Care Planning
- Implementing Care
- Managing Patient Care provided by CNA's
- Quality Improvement
- Problem Solving
- Assessments
- Medication Administration
- Treatments
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate of approved Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Program
- Previous experience as a LPN in an acute care/ long term care setting is desirable
- Current licensure to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Pennsylvania
