Outpatient Hemodialysis RN: CAP Pathway & Growth

CH01 CHE Fresenius Medical Care (Schweiz) AG is seeking a registered nurse for the Outpatient RN CAP 1 position. This entry-level role focuses on the provision and coordination of care for patients within the Clinical Advancement Program. Responsibilities include patient assessments, medication administration, and participation in quality improvement activities.

The ideal candidate must be a graduate of an accredited nursing school, possess state licensure, and have current CPR BLS certification. Previous experience in nephrology nursing is preferred, along with a dedication to patient education and care coordination.
