The Highlands in Wyomissing, PA is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for our After-Hours Hospice team. The RN will perform admissions, patient visits, symptom management, and care coordination while enjoying a predictable 7-on/7-off schedule and the opportunity to provide exceptional hospice care.
Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, care planning, and collaboration with the IDG and physicians. Must have PA RN license, CPR, and be a licensed driver.
