Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a licensed Registered Nurse to provide skilled nursing services in the home setting. You will assess patient needs, educate patients and families, and collaborate with the care team to follow physician orders and the plan of care.
Ideal candidates will have an RN license in the practicing state, graduate from an approved clinical education program, and at least one year of nursing experience. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
