Wrap, weigh, price, and label meats, poultry and fish products to be displayed in the fresh meat and seafood cases;
Monitor supply levels for the department and notify the manager so supplies can be ordered;
Communicate low stock items to the department manager for replenishment or ordering;
Restock the fresh meat and chicken display cases with properly wrapped and tagged items;
Maintain a clean and sanitary work area and observe department policies and health laws
