Our client, a trusted supplier of high‑quality products serving manufacturing, fabrication, construction, and industrial markets, is seeking a driven Sales Manager to grow and support our customer base throughout the region. This role blends technical product knowledge, relationship‑building, and strategic account development. The ideal candidate is a proactive, customer‑focused salesperson who thrives in a fast‑paced metals or industrial distribution environment.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage a portfolio of customers across manufacturing, fabrication, construction, and related industries.
  • Identify new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market research.
  • Provide customers with product recommendations, pricing, and technical support related to aluminum alloys, grades, and applications.
  • Prepare and deliver quotes, proposals, and sales presentations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with purchasing teams, engineers, and production managers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, logistics, purchasing) to ensure accurate order fulfillment and on‑time delivery.
  • Track sales activity, pipeline, and performance metrics using CRM tools.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Represent professionally at customer visits, trade events, and industry functions.
Qualifications
  • 2–5 years of experience in industrial sales, metals distribution, manufacturing, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of aluminum alloys, metal products, or industrial materials preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Ability to understand customer technical needs and translate them into solutions.
  • Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable managing a sales territory.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region.
