Seth Walizer State Farm is seeking a motivated Account Manager who is passionate about sales, committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience, and driven to exceed goals. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, uncovering customer needs, and confidently closing business while providing outstanding service.

This is a licensing-contingent position.

• Property & Casualty license must be obtained prior to your Day 1 start date.
• Life & Health license must be obtained within 90 days of employment.
• We provide full licensing support, study materials, coaching, and guidance throughout the licensing process.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Conduct comprehensive policy reviews to identify coverage gaps and recommend personalized insurance solutions.
• Quote, present, and close Auto, Home, Renters, Life, and other insurance products.
• Generate new business through referrals, networking, lead follow-up, and prospecting.
• Cross-sell multiple product lines to provide complete protection for customers and drive agency growth.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while handling policy changes, endorsements, billing questions, and account updates.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed production goals.
• Collaborate with a high-performing team committed to delivering outstanding results.

• Proven success in sales, insurance, account management, or a customer-facing sales role.
• A competitive, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for closing business.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
• Customer-focused professional who values long-term relationships as much as immediate results.
• Insurance experience is preferred but not required.
