• Pennsylvania Property & Casualty license must be obtained prior to your Day 1 start date.
• Pennsylvania Life & Health license must be obtained within 90 days of employment.
• We provide full licensing support, study materials, coaching, and guidance throughout the licensing process.

• Build relationships with new and existing customers through consultative conversations.
• Quote, present, and sell Auto, Home, Renters, Life, and other insurance products.
• Conduct policy reviews to identify coverage gaps and recommend personalized insurance solutions.
• Generate new business through referrals, networking, lead follow-up, and marketing initiatives.
• Cross-sell multiple product lines to provide comprehensive protection and increase household penetration.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while assisting with policy changes, billing questions, renewals, and account updates.
• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure compliance with agency and state insurance requirements.
• Consistently meet or exceed individual sales and production goals.

• Previous insurance, sales, banking, retail, or customer-facing sales experience is preferred.
